Himilo Post (www.himilopost.com) is published by Fandhaal Studio LLC, a company registered in Ohio, United States (“we”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Our journalism

The text of our stories, our headlines and the site's design belong to Fandhaal Studio LLC. You are welcome to:

• share links to our stories anywhere;
• quote short passages, with credit to Himilo Post and a link to the story, in reporting, commentary, research or teaching.

Republishing a whole story, or a substantial part of one, needs our written permission — write to editor@himilopost.com.

Images are different. Most images on Himilo Post belong to their creators and are used under the licence credited beneath each one, often a Creative Commons licence. If you reuse an image, follow that licence, not these terms.

Not advice

Our stories are journalism. They are not financial, investment, legal or professional advice, and nothing we publish about a company, a market or a commodity is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Make your own decisions, with advice from a qualified professional where it matters.

Accuracy

We work hard to get every fact right and correct mistakes openly under our corrections policy. Even so, the site is provided “as is”: stories reflect what was known when they were published, and we cannot promise that everything on it is complete, current or free of error.

Links and partners

Our stories link to other websites so you can check our sources. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Some links to products or services may earn us a commission; they are chosen on merit, as our editorial standards describe.

If you subscribe, we will email you Himilo Post's stories. You can unsubscribe at any time, and our privacy policy explains how we handle your address.

Using the site fairly

Please do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, copy it in bulk, or present our work as your own or as someone else's.

Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, Fandhaal Studio LLC is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law does not allow us to limit.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, except where the law of the country you live in gives you protections that cannot be set aside.
